Threading tools and attachments are used to form or cut screw threads. Threading tools and attachments are used with the taps that are used to cut the female thread. There are several ways in which threading tools and attachments function. A cutting threading tool employs taps and additional holding jaws for gripping smaller size taps. They are available with tap wench size of 1/4" to 1/2" (6mm to 12mm). Some examples of pipe threading tool specifications include pipe thread die heads of 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, 3/4 and 1 inch, ratchet handles of 20 inches, and are convenient to use. A thread insert can make bolt holes even in aluminum. Thread repair tools align holes that are 1/8 to 1/2" in diameter. Some specifications of thread grinding tools includes 22 inch thread, variable pitch threads and it is available in variable radius sizes. A thread rolling tool is fatigue resistant and strong. Threading tools and attachments are designed and manufactured to meet most industry specifications.
